Hurricane Nolo Surf: Call it Crazy!

Round 1:  East swell hitting Bowls.  Chest high sets and some barrels.  Scott on a hollow one.

Clear sky as the hurricane approaches.

Round 2:  Moniz birthday party at the beach.  Waikiki was so crowded with happy tourists.  What hurricane?

The Moniz grandkids are getting bigger and smarter each day.

I was watching them play in the shore break.  This is where watermen are born.

Round 3:  Mighty Mouse wanted to surf again so we went to the craziest spot.  It was big and challenging but she did it!

Solid double overhead hurricane sets and nobody out.

This spot is very hard to surf but it’s getting very easy for Mighty Mouse.  People thought she was crazy, including me.  Haha.
