Tiny fun waves…

Good morning 4:20am.
North shore 4-6′ and good.
Ala Moana knee high and good.
Diamond Head waist high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Sun, clouds, showers, and rainbows.
Going to the sea.
Have a wonderful day!

Cardio Day

I decided to dedicate my day to working out.  Up at 3am doing my daily training, then as I was about to do some cardio, I thought it would be a good idea to foil.  It was still dark, a really high tide, knee high waves, and nobody to bother.  Although there were a couple surfers out, I felt like it’s only me and the sea.  I left home at 6am, foiled into 8 waves riding my last one all the way to the beach, and I got home at 7am.  The best foil/cardio exercise ever!

Good news, there won’t be any more noise all day everyday!  The strike is OVER!  Waikiki can go back into peace as the workers will go back to work on Tuesday.  That was the nosiest 40 days Waikiki ever had to experience.

Jerome, Malcom, Scott, and Kyle were the only guys out.  If you had the right board, it was fun.

This was my last ride in.  I drove home as the sun was still rising.  Then I didn’t know what to do for the rest of the day?  Haha.
