For the past 33 years, I’ve been going to Triple AAA downtown and getting an international drivers license.  Once a year so that’s 33 times.  You need one of these to drive in foreign countries, especially in Indonesia and Japan.  In Indonesia you can rent a car or motorcycle without this license, but if you get pulled over by the police, you will have to pay a fine.  And sometimes the fine will be what ever the cash you have in your pocket.  In Japan, you can’t even rent a car without this license.  And if you get caught driving without one, you will be in trouble.  So my advice always has to get one.  It only cost $20 and the whole process takes only 10 minutes.  

Take your own passport photos with you or they can take it for you in the office for an extra $15.  Make sure you smile.

Mateus has a new hobby.  It’s Pokeman cards!  Gosh, this kid is growing up way too fast.  But he’ll be cute forever!
