do you know what an “Ass Split” is? it’s when you fall off your surfboard like this. see my right side of my butt? that lands first so it takes the whole impact. and because i’m hitting the water so hard on that side, it literally rips my butt apart. if feels like it split in half. if you surf fast and fall like this, you will understand exactly what i’m talking about. it’s very painful, it’s very embarrassing, and you can’t hide your expression. i literally had to check to see if i needed to go to the hospital to stitch it back up. haha… but no joke, this is very painful and it was my first foiling “Ass Split.”
