after i foiled early this morning at Bowls, i went for Round 2 Boot Camp to Kaisers. the waves were much bigger and powerful. i guess this swell is the perfect direction for the Kaiser Bowl!
all we did was fine tune the arms, knees, eyes, and style. i think these sessions are the most important because if you have a bad habit, you will never know, and that bad habit will become your muscle memory. so the faster you fix it, the faster you will forget it. today it was all about fixing and forgetting. now this girl is surfing 10x better than yesterday!

while i was at Kaisers, i was dodging Dane on his foil. he is foiling so much better these days but i still don’t trust him. so when in see him coming straight for me, i’m very nervous. haha.
i foiled for 45 minutes then straight to surf for over 2 hours. after that, i was super tired, but super content. another intense exercise day in paradise…
