i worked in the yard cutting down bushes and trees for 4 straight hours today. it was the hardest work i’ve done in years. but the good thing that it was a good exercise and i sweated 10x more than i would in a sauna. and i also got a nice suntan. haha.
Nao-san saw the boys foiling around in Kamakura. it’s so cool to see the strong relationship that foiling brings. it’s so different from surfing because you connect in a very different way. it’s not about competition, it’s more about camaraderie.
so after seeing Matsu ripping into the sunset, i thought i should practice before joining him next month.
now i’m back on my foil and ready for anything. i can’t wait to foil with you boys in Japan!
