yesterday we went a little further out into the blue sea. the water was super clear and refreshing. Akane-san wanted to go deeper and push her limits. i just watched from the top as she did some good drops.
it’s crazy that this girl couldn’t even free dive 6′ or 2 meters before. now she’s looking very comfortable deep down there.
and this is the beautiful part of free diving. climbing up to the glass ceiling.
then went for a few waves and it was perfect!!! Akane-san on some really good ones. good job girl!
then watched the friday sailboat races. such a beautiful time to be in the ocean.
then came home and ate what we caught fresh in the ocean. katsuo tataki! delicious!
then some ono carpaccio. omg, i wish i had a glass of wine!
yesterday i cut a nice gardenia bud off my plant. i put it in water and left it on my dinner table. then as i was eating dinner, i seen the gardenia open up right in front of my eyes!!!! full bloom! i was freaking out because it was the first time in my life i seen something like that. totally amazing!
