Taiwan has always been one of my favorite countries to visit for the past 25 years. good food, culture, waves, and memories. here is the last photos from this summers trip with Kimura-san and Hayato.
the 3 of us are totally different in ages. but age don’t matter when you travel. no matter how old we are, we all act like kids on the road…
had some fun surf sessions. waves everywhere!
and compared to Hawaii, the paddle out is very quick. in fact, it took me 20 steps and about 30 seconds to get to the peak of this beach break.
meet the coolest local surfers too. this guy was cracking us up all night. funny guy with awesome stories…
went to the night market and came across this karaoke bar. haha. i couldn’t believe it! i wanted to grab a beer and a chair. free entertainment all night long.

Taiwan is a great place for a surf trip because there’s waves for every level. i love the waves, the food, the people, and the culture.
and i also love this beautiful dream house we stay at. it gives me inspiration, it gives me dreams, and it gives me hope. someday…
but for now, summer is gone and winter is here. i’ll be back to Taiwan sooner than you think…
