i went with Carter to test out his new toy for the first time.  omg, if you like speed, this is the ultimate toy!  it’s like riding a supercharged motorcycle over the ocean.  so far, the test went well and it’s only going to get more crazy!

i love checking out other guys toys.  these toys are precious and priceless to us.  women will never understand it.  it’s just like how men don’t understand why women buy so many expensive shoes and bags.  haha…

women will walk into Luis Vuitton and smile.  i will walk into Amundson Foil shop and smile even more.

i’ll be uploading a lot of older photos i found on my hard drive.  this one is Tokura-san surfing this perfect wave in the Mentawai’s.  i remember this session really well because it was just Tokura-san and Zuccho out sharing wave after wave on the last day of the trip.  it’s sessions like this that can make traveling to the other side of the world worth every penny…

when Seth and Josh were kids, i took them out for their very first blue water dive.  that day the ocean was really rough so it was very challenging.  these are the days that turn kids into men.  almost all first timers will get seasick and throw up, but this is the only way to become stronger.  i was watching the 2 kids rocking back and forth getting super sick.  i felt sorry for them, but i also knew this will make them strong watermen…

Seth was throwing up over the boat and this was the last time i saw him sea sick.   i seem like the mean kind of Uncle but this is the way i learned so this is the way i teach.  and it’s proven to work so get over it.  haha…

we use to go spear fish and take it over to the Moniz house and eat it all.  look how young Seth, Kelia, and Gen were.  so cute!
