i’ve been cleaning out my garage so Mateus has been keeping me company.  here he is practicing on the skateboard.  notice how he’s looking forward!  that’s how boy!

no matter how fast you’re going, you still have to look forward.  that’s why this kid is a good surfer!

Mateus slept over at my house so i was training him.  we always start off with yoga.  this is the downward dog pose.

then we warm up the body by doing abs.  after this, our training program starts.  i have the routine i will be posting tomorrow.

 omg, Matsu sent me these photos of the opihi spot he found!  look at them!!!omg, i would go there everyday with a beer and shoyu.  please save some for me Matsu! and Toda-san has his own opihi spot too.  i can’t wait to go to Japan!Toda-san is on my 5’0 Mike Woo and he’s flying even faster than before.  i’m pretty sure he’s a very happy man now.  i’ve been watching his foiling on video and have advise for him.  BUT, i won’t tell him because i don’t want him to foil better than me.  haha.and want to say hello to Tomami-san and the crew!  surfing and sashimi!  i love it!
