i gave up on looking for a Jimny because they are too expensive. and i couldn’t find a good one so now, i’m looking for a little Kei Van from Japan. i want either a Honda Acty or Suzuki Sambar.
this is a Honda Acty that just sold in Hawaii. i looked at it and it was super nice. BUT, i’d rather import my own from Japan. so if you know anyone who has one of these in Japan, please let me know. the year has to be between 1988-1995. i prefer white. it will take 3 months and about $4000 just to bring it back to Hawaii, but i thought i’d try. it’s way easier to find than a Jimny, and way cheaper too. so yes, now i’m focused on one of these. this will be my little beach van and i can’t wait!

woke up early this morning and saw the forecast. the hurricane was close and i knew there would be a window of opportunity. 
timed it perfectly, and foiled some of the best waves i’ve foiled in a very long time. only a couple crazy surfers out enjoying the perfect sunny and offshore waves at Bowls. so stoked!
TheBus has come a very long way. the last time i rode one was when i was in High School. i remember the bus driver always scolding me for sticking my head out of the window. haha. 
when i use to ride it, the fare was 10 cents. now the fare is $2.75. crazy inflation!
