Sunrise for Life…

it’s a very small world out there.  got a message from a friend, who met a friend from a friend.  that friend on the left is Earl.  super cool guy i went on surf trip before.  he was in Tahiti when Seth was there.  super stoked to see that…

and super stoked to see photos like this of Seth.  thank you Earl for sending the photos to Candace, then to me.  i’m so happy to have such wonderful people in this world!going to introduce some shells of my shell collection.  this one is probably the most rare shell you will ever see.  it’s a very tiny sunrise shell that is still connected to each other.  we call it a pair and i’ve never seen this small connected pair in my life…  and to think i found it right here in Waikiki.  that’s pretty crazy!  so yeah, hope you guys find your treasure too!

Crazy About Rocket

i’m getting crazy back into foiling again.  surfed the past 2 days and caught super good waves, but the feeling was nothing like this.  taking off on a head high wave on my foil feel like taking off on a 10′ wave on my shortboard.  adrenaline rushing and trying to keep calm at the same time.  pure stoke! David from Surftech wants me to test out some new deck pads.  so i stopped by his house to pick some up.  so Glenn Pang, Uncle Brian, and i are the only guys on the island to have it.  i have a feeling it’s going to be amazing!  then stopped by Glenn Pang’s factory to pick up Donald’s new foil board.  Donald is busy piloting around the world so he asked me to pick up his board and try it out for him.  really?  i would never say no to that.  haha.  going to wax it up and try it out asap.  it’s a 4’8 rocket!
