Sunrise and Sunset surf is the best!

Good morning 5am.

Ala Moana chest high and bumpy.

Diamond Head shoulder high and fun.

Light trade winds at 15mph.

Sunny and warm.

Going sunrise surfing and moving yoga!

this morning started off with good waves again.  Tatsu-san ripping!

then Seira-chan found a perfect left!

i already knew she was going to a nice off the lip…

than BAM!  she hit the lip hard and made it!

then it was Nakagami-san’s turn.   a big wave was coming so he was taking off and i was getting ready to take the photo.  then off of a sudden….

the float comes off of the camera and the camera got lost and sank!!!  omg!  i was so shocked!  but i kept calm, then i took a deep breath, dove down, and opened my eyes.  i felt like Aquaman!  haha…

8′ deep and 40 seconds later, i found it!!!  i couldn’t believe it!

i pulled it up and was so happy!  Tatsu-san was in the back pretty shocked too because we both thought it was gone forever…

Toda-san and Takami-san were just in Ishimomaki with Masae-san.  so i introduced them to her younger sister Chizu-chan.  no matter where we are in the world, “We Are One!”

Takami-san and Toda-san were taking to Chizu-chan, Tatsu-san was talking to Seira-chan, and i was talking to Nakagami-san.  this was my group and this was my dream.  what a beautiful Go-Naminori World!

came home and took a nap.  then texted Seira-chan in the afternoon.  “hey, want to go surf again?”  of course she said yes!  another beautiful sunset session for this beautiful day…

tomorrow we’re doing something a little different.  can’t wait…

yesterday was one of the best days i’ve had in a while.  started off at my super sacred secret spot.  the waves were perfect and there was only one guy out.  Seira-chan paddling into big waves all alone… it’s unbelievable how good the waves were and it was just us.  i was teaching Seira-chan how to go sit on the outside, wait for the sets, and just go for it!   no other photos than this because secrets are best kept secrets… my shoulder has been in pain for so long.  and so has my heart and soul because i couldn’t foil in a while.  so i just went for it, foiled, had heavy wipeouts, and i felt so good after.   then we went with the flow and as soon as the winds turned back offshore, we jumped on Mayuki for the epic sunset session.  it was Seira-chan’s first boat trip and she was so excited! if i say jump, you jump!  haha… since we’re on a boat, we can go surf any spot we desire.  so when we passed Three’s, i couldn’t believe there were only 3 tourists out!  then they got drifted down with the current so Seira-chan had the whole spot to herself!  unbelievable!!! then Toda-san and Takami-san jumped in so there were the three of them.  waves super perfect and so were the conditions. i’m back flying on my foil drone and i’m feeling great.  this is where i want to be and this makes me happy.  so after our session, my heart and soul healed, and i totally forgot about my aching shoulder.   thank you Seira-chan, Toda-san, Takami-san, and Mayuki-chan for giving us the absolutely epic sunset boat trip!   i just love coming in watching the lights turning on.  it makes me happy, and makes me hungry. so off the the best pork chop plate in the world.   we had the funniest conversation.  laughing so loud and laughing until my stomach was hurting.  it was an absolutely perfect day for surfing, foiling, healing, and laughing…
