so happy to take this wonderful couple surfing today.  both first timers to Hawaii so it must have been pretty cool to get off a long flight from Japan and straight into the ocean.  this is how you maximize your vacation!  very smart!!! Kuromiya-san surfs good.  i was just watching him ride so many waves from the outside to the inside.  smooth and good style… it was Rie-san’s very first time surfing.  and this is her very first wave of her life!  so nice!  Kuromiya-san putting the board on the rail and surfing fast.   and smiling the whole way too!   Rie-san caught so many good long waves.  perfect weather, perfect waves, and perfect smiles… must feel pretty good to surf right off the airplane.  that’s my recommendation for anyone coming to Hawaii.   smile in the ocean instead of being all jet lagged in your hotel room… thank you guys for a wonderful time.  see you tomorrow for some more long rides…i can finally surf!  it’s been almost 3 long weeks and i couldn’t be happier to be back to about 70%.   one more week of rest and i’ll be back to 110%.  can’t wait…

i’m so happy to see the new stars of Okinawa!  super raw talent that can brighten up anyones day!  Kazubo-san, you look freaking amazing!
