sometimes i just pull over to a park and do some yoga. nothing planned, but feel like stretching my body, relaxing my mind, and enjoy nature. yesterday was just one of those days. 15 minutes later, i felt so stress free.

then i watch the sunset, and tell myself “what a great day it was!”

A message from the people

this video was emailed to me about 10 times from my friends in hawaii. and every 10 times, i watched it. it makes me emotional. words can’t describe what japan’s been through and still going through. it was a tragedy what happened on 3/11 and at the same time, i was a miracle on how the world got together to help. watching this video makes me appreciate all the people that helped in some way or another. whether you donated money, donated time, volunteered, or just prayed for the victims, you did a great thing. i know thousands of people that helped in someway and i can’t explain how you all touched me. watch this video and if you donated or helped to any organization, i’m sure these japanese people are sending this message straight to you.
and if you think things are over, it’s not over yet. people are still living in temporary housing, people are still missing loved ones, the nuclear plant in fukushima is still releasing deadly radiation, and TEPCO is now planning to restart another nuclear plant. i get sad even thinking about it.
