good morning. when i got back home yesterday, there was a box waiting for me. a box full of fresh shirasu!! thank you kimura-san and YAMARI SHIRASU in wakayama. your guys are the best!!! i ate it for dinner last night, and will eat it now for breakfast…

i was skype chatting with kinsan last night and guess where he was? yup, at kimura-san’s house in wakayama eating a great dinner. that nabe your looking at is my favorite!!!

and last, when i was at honolulu airport, i went to stop in the bookstore to check it out. i was super stoked to see the HAWAII SKIN DIVER magazine all over the place. it felt good to have a cover shot i took on display like that. it makes me want to work harder in getting more and more cover shots. ganbarimasu!!! i better get more copies before it’s sold out….

hello hello, how is everybody doing? for the last 24 hours, all i’ve been doing is eating, eating, and eating. the food here is just awesome. after all, the best in the world. i finally had time to catch up to some emails. wanted to thank everybody for the comments. and thank everybody for visiting go-naminori.com. our web designer naoka told me yesterday that out access is going up and up. there hasn’t been a month since we started this that our access has gone down. that’s pretty amazing and i wanted to thank everybody involved, especially our advertisers. we have even bigger plans for this year so stay tuned.

i’ve been watching alyssa wooten grow up for the past 6 years or so. it’s so cool to see a kid with so many dreams and so much motivation, especially a girl. alyssa’s a big dreamer and those are the kind of people that achieve things in life. if you don’t have a dream, what’s the dam point right? anyway, i wanted to say to alyssa that uncle is very proud of you. your going off to college that i think is the best decision in your entire life. when you graduate from college, you will be 5 steps ahead of your peers. so until then, keep on surfing and keep your dreams alive!!!
