Good morning 4:15am.
High surf warning. North shore 15-18′ and dangerous.
The Eddie yellow alert for Sunday.
Ala Moana knee high and clean.
Diamond Head waist high and clean.
Light wind so perfect morning conditions.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.

海を見るために早くに出かけた。ダイビングに行こうか、サーフィンに行こうかじっくり考えていたんだ。選ぶのが凄く大変だったよ。

モロカイ島とラナイ島がはっきりと見えたよ。冬の時期にだけ見れるクリアな朝だよ。

サーフィンをして流れに身を任せることにしたんだ。シークレットスポットをチェックしたら、コンディションは良さそうだし、アウトには誰もい　　なかった。ここでは1時間かけるだけで、その日に、十分満足できるよ。

波はパーフェクトだった。海水はクリーンだし、凄く温かいし、しかも凄く清々しかったよ。

今週ずっと魚を食べるよ。今日はpapioの刺身と味噌汁そしてご飯なんだ。漁師のディナーだよ。ヘルシーだし、そんな美味しい食事を提供してくれる海に凄く感謝しているんだ。
