Marlins and Special Somen Sauce….
good evening. it’s hot and the waves are flat. now i’m glad i surfed my brains out in hawaii before i came here. if i didn’t, i’d be homesick already. but i’m having fun here. working, meeting friends, and eating great food! been getting a lot of emails and still trying to catch up on some from my last trip. thanks for being patient…
first, i want to congratulate kyle on spearing his first marlin!!! oh my gosh!!! this thing is huge and i could imagine how big it looked underwater. a lot of sashimi for sure. i sent a congratulations email to kyle and also wrote “now it’s time to get mine!” haha…
wanted to thank shin-san for the photo and for always supporting the boys. i can’t wait to see them in chiba next weekend!!!
i’ve been eating the somen with this sauce recently. i got it in fujisawa on my last trip. this surfer guy from kagawa, shikoku makes this special sauce and once i tried it, i was amazed. it’s soooooo good and i can’t even explain the taste. now i want to get more but don’t know how. do you?
they make these gift packs and the sauce is in the inside. it says from Shodoshima. where is that? ahhh, i feel like eating it now!!!
**things for the party are going well. we’ve been getting awesome prizes from companies in hawaii and japan. got so much that i don’t even know where to put it. august 14th i’ll see you all there!!! flyer will be out tomorrow on GO-NAMINORI.COM…
DEATH PENALTY
good morning. all i can say is “atsui.” that means hot. how do you say “hotter than hot?” i’m baking here in japan and my car air conditioner is broken. imagine driving around in an oven. it’s been only a day and a half and i lost 5 lbs due to sweat…. yuck….
mango’s might be over a hundred dollars for one but you can get 5 avocado’s for $1.75. now that’s a deal…
when i first got my new camera, i took it to the maldives and was shooting everything. i was using film at the time so every photo costed me money. i still don’t know why i took this one? a locked door? maybe i was wondering who was in there? still don’t know…
in some parts of america, the DEATH PEALTY lives on. you do something really bad, you die. i like that law because it makes you think before you do things. in hawaii, we don’t have the death penalty and that’s one reason why people do stupid things. people here get away with murder..
and last, ever know what it looks like to get dropped in on? all you can see is sprays in your face and somebody’s ass. here is kazuma’s ass. at keramas…..
