and here it is. Ganjang gejang is marinated raw Blue Crab.  omg, it was the best!

 went to a part of Busan that totally blew my mind away.  there were 100 story buildings skyrocketing into heaven.  i wanted to check out the only casino in Busan and i didn’t have a hard time finding it.  when you see a Rolls Royce, you know there are big gamblers near.  welcome to Paradise Casino.  i thought it was going to be ghetto and dirty, but it was totally the opposite.  in fact, i’ve never seen a casino that beautiful.it’s illegal for Korean’s to gamble so you have to show your foreign passport and register at the front.  they gave me my gambling card and 10,000 won to start off with.  smart tactics to get me rolling, but i’m smarter than that.  i’m not a gambler and don’t like to throw my hard earned money away.  so i just walked around, watched everybody else lose money, and left.right in front was the beach!  i was so happy to see the beach!  and happy to see the waves too.  and look at the beautiful clouds.  it was so cool!i had no idea Korea was this beautiful. i was watching the waves and imagining myself surfing or foiling.  maybe next time i’ll take my boards and make it a surf trip in Korea!

everywhere you walk around in Busan, it’s still Christmas!  lights and trees everywhere you go.  it kind of makes me happy!  you will find the freshest seafood in the local markets.  i could walk around here all day long if it wasn’t so cold.  can you believe it was only 4 degrees C?  cold weather makes you want to eat warm foods…you choose the live seafood you want to eat, they cut it right there, and serve it to you.  the food is still moving when you put it in your mouth…different country, different culture.  this is the best part of traveling.  i’m still buzzing about the ride with the boys in the mountains.  i was watching Micah do this all over the place and now i want to try.  i just hope i don’t wheelie off the cliff.  haha…  be back soon boys so get the bikes ready for the first sunset ride!
